This Woman is a pleasure to train ALWAYS, she listens to every cue, lifts heavy when asked and is improving at every session and will be surely missed.
We always love having her in our classes.
She always pushes harder and tries more.
She never lets anything stop her.
We have missed having her in class and bringing her spark that only she can bring.

On the 1st of august 2016 I started “mind over body Health and fitness” .
A space where mental health took priority over physical appearance.
A Bootcamp for fun and friendship, sunshine and sweaty workouts.
I would run 6am & 6pm classes 5 days a week.
And most days I lied about how many people were supposed to be there.
I would train 1-6 people but always wished there were more of us.
I had no fancy apps, no branding, no website.
Just me and people who followed a flyer posted on a wall or a post on my Instagram.
Rain hail or shine I was there because I NEEDED IT.
It was my sanctuary, my happy place, I have always loved being a pillar of hope, laughter and motivation for others.
It’s been a huge part of my life purpose and I will forever be grateful for those who were with me from the start.
Who loved the vision
Loved the vibe
Loved me
And have loved watching THIS turn into what it has over the years….
