Bianca’s Pilates journey began seven years ago, and she was instantly hooked. She loved that Pilates focused on effort, not comparison—simply showing up and doing your best.
That’s exactly the energy Bianca brings to every class: a safe, supportive and judgement-free space where every body feels welcome.
Expect a blend of low-impact strength, cardio and balance, with modifications, layers and progressions throughout, allowing you to work at your own pace and get the most from every session.
Bianca’s goal? For you to leave feeling stronger, calmer, happier and more confident.
