Compensations are everywhere in an ACL Rehab.
Here is a simple compensation strategy I see with all rehabbers who haven’t put work into their knee dominant patterns.
If focused on early this stiff landing can be solved very fast, but if not then the pattern can stay for much longer and really affect your rehab.
There are many exercises/cues that help this stiff strategy and finding one that works for you or your client is critical.
