We’ve made it to our first birthday!! 🎂
Thank you to everyone who’s come through the door the past year. Especially those who have helped us design, build and push Baseline to what it is today.
We’re gonna continue to push physio to the best we think it can be, and I’m sure next year’s update will be even bigger. Big love ❤️

ACL Rehab - Early Stage
2 massive areas that need to be attacked in the early stages of rehab are;
- Active inner range quad strength and control
- Active inner range hamstring strength (graft site)
Below are some simple exercises that if done correctly can make a massive difference for the later stages of rehab.
1. Step down shallow - don’t focus on range and think about finishing in full knee extension
2. Prone hamstring iso - hips flat and heel to bum
3. A march - stance leg finding full knee extension
4. Wall march - swing leg squeezing calf to hamstring to promote inner range hamstring strength
If you need guidance through your ACL rehab make sure you get in touch to see if we can help you.
