Triceps, isolated into triceps. Not a back movement and if you're using your upperbody to put weight down to finish the movement it's too heavy, triceps. Now you may reach a point where bodyweight starts to become an issue. Try to keep your bodyweight anchored through your heels to remain upright or transition to single arm exercises when able to allow more weight ✅ If you're going to do you might aswell do it properly, drop the weight and make the reps count.
