What a beautiful day for a Big Apple practice! ☀️🍎

Today, the crew from the Gold Coast/ Mullumbimby, and amazing swing dancer from Brisbane all gathered together to brush up on the Big Apple ahead of Cooly Rocks On🎸✨
The Big Apple might still be a bit chaotic, but we’ve definitely got the energy! 🍎🔥😆

Now it’s back to the dance floor this week with Swing On In!

Last night at Swing On In Gold Coast we had the absolute pleasure of dancing and teaching alongside the legendary Glenn Delafoire, a true icon of the Australian Swing Dance scene!

Together we dove into one of Glenn’s favourite swing out variations… the Over Rotation aka “The Whip” 🔥 plus a couple of extra swing out variations so everyone could mix, match and play with the movement throughout the night. We wrapped things up with a deep freeze out of a quick stop before heading into some Suzie Q’s and Switches… dealer’s choice fun and wow, what a vibe on the dance floor!

Huge thank you to Glenn for stepping up and stepping in to teach with me. Always such a joy sharing knowledge, laughs and great dancing with this community ❤️
