Be so consistent that what was once your goal becomes your baseline π―
The longer you maintain, the more resilient your physique becomes. Your habits, your muscle memory, your body fat set-point. Push to strengthen these, knowing the longer you go, the longer it will take for your hard work to be undone, and the more easily youβll get right back on top πͺπ½
Back Day πͺπ½π―
Thicken up that back and broaden those lats with this session:
1. Wide Grip Pull-up: 4 x AMRAP
2. Neutral Grip Lat Pull-down: 3 x 8-10 reps
3. Dumbbell Row: 4 x 6-8 reps/side
4. Seated Face-pull: 3 x 10-12 reps
5. Cable Pull-over: 3 x 12-15 reps
Rest for 2-3 minutes between sets β±οΈ

Cyclone season ππ§οΈ
No power, plenty of rain, romantic candle lit dinners for 4 nights (with cold food). Not an experience Iβd recommend, but glad we made it through ok ππ½

Itβs not about being the best, itβs about being the most consistent πβοΈ
Build a routine you know is good for you, it doesnβt matter how small, just ensure itβs something you can stick to π―
Do it daily; if you miss a day, thatβs ok, but never miss a second. Leave it on autopilot, and watch how your perspective shifts and progress accelerates ππ½π
For me, steps, sun and audiobooks are my daily mindset reset βοΈππ
