Does anyone have a spare car that I could borrow or lease for 3 weeks while Amy has placement for her Nursing from Monday 18th March.

Amy needs an Auto but I can drive a manual.

Our amazing friends Joe Fan and Ainslie Plumb are part of the Stairwell Project and while their stories are both amazing and sad in their own right, they would love your support while the Stairwell The Stairwell Project - Musicians in Hospitals are releasing a CD.

So after a well earned break from training, Brian Anyos is back and available for personal sessions, pre-organized group sessions and personal mentoring.

You all know Brian's extensive Martial Arts history and knowledge, and now he is working with clients mentoring and guiding.
