🫧 Don’t rush the surface.
Those final 3 minutes at 5 metres are more than just a pause.
A safety stop gives your body extra time to release the nitrogen absorbed during the dive and helps you finish your dive in a controlled way.
🤿 Slow down.

🚤 Check for boat traffic before surfacing.
