Get ready as we introduce new divisions at both our Melbourne Classique and Gold Coast National Championships Events, giving athletes more chances to compete while keeping the signature glamour, energy, and fun that defines MFA.

Kicking it off will be the MELBOURNE CLASSIQUE An Evening Showcase of Feminity & Fitness. Melbourne's first night time Premiere Event ✨

SEASON A AMATEUR & PRO FIGURE INFO ✨

MUSCULARITY:
Athletes should have fully developed muscle mass over all areas of the body.

CONDITION:
Lean clear and defined separation between all major muscle groups inclusive of abs, shoulders, arms, quads, hamstrings, back and glutes and calves.Striations /separations throughout muscle groups excluding glutes

SYMMETRY:
Physique should be balanced overall with chest, shoulder, arm and back (upper body) development matching glute quad, hamstring & calf development (lower body)Development through the front and back, left and right should all be in proportion. Also consisitng of 4 x Quarter turns
