What an amazing week it’s been — Tini started with us after spending years in significant pain affecting every area of her life
We’ve already seen huge changes in just a few sessions, returning her to pain free movement and range of motion, and arming her with tactics and tools to use at home to continue this progress
But this above ☝️ is the REAL reason we do what we do.
At the end of the day, while losing some weight and liking what you see in the mirror is wonderful, what is FAR MORE IMPACTFUL is the return of energy, excitement, and coming home from a morning gym session and dancing with your other half full of JOY
