Rhee Tae Kwon Do is not just something that we learn in the dojang. It doesn't just teach us how to defend ourselves or how to physically fight. It equips us with a fighting spirit that never gives up, helping us to live a better and more fulfilled life.

In training (as in life), we are always facing new challenges and continually learning to overcome our limitations and break through personal barriers. With each challenge, our instructors are always pushing us, physically and mentally, to overcome these challenges.

A true martial artist never gives up regardless of what lies ahead. They keep fighting and pushing forward no matter what!

Giving up is never an option, we try and try again, until we overcome all obstacles in our way. This is the fighting spirit, this is the spirt of the warrior, this is the indomitable spirit of Rhee Tae Kwon Do. Once properly cultivated, this indomitable spirit becomes part of our being, of who we are and it shines brightly in all aspects of our life.
