This week was filled with first classes, breakthrough moments, belly laughs, friendships, confidence, courage, and a whole lot of dancing.

Every week I’m reminded that what happens inside these four walls is so much bigger than learning choreography.

It’s women doing something for themselves.
Taking up space.
Trying something new.
Building confidence.
Finding their people.

Whether you came to one class or five, thank you for being part of this community and making the energy what it is.
