I’ve been where you are. And here’s what I know.
I didn’t become more confident and then start showing up for myself.
I started showing up for myself and the confidence followed.
Dance has been one of the greatest vehicles for that in my life.
It gave me somewhere to practise being seen. Taking up space. Listening to my body. Trusting what I feel. Getting uncomfortable and doing it anyway.
And slowly, the woman I was practising being in the studio started showing up everywhere else too.
In my relationships.
In my boundaries.
In motherhood.
In business.
In the way I make decisions.
In the way I back myself.
That’s what I want women to understand about what we do at TEMT.
You don’t have to become confident before you walk through our doors.
Walk through them as you are.
We’ll give you somewhere to practise becoming the woman you already know is in there. 🤍
