Wednesday reminder 💜

Surround yourself with people who make you smile, laugh a little louder and forget you're even exercising! 😂💃

That's the magic of Zumba Gold — it's not just about the dancing, it's about the people you share it with. 🥰

✨ Come for the dance, stay for the friendships!

📍 Runaway Bay Community Centre

No wrong steps, just good times! 💜

💦 AQUA ZUMBA UPDATE – TUESDAY 13/10 💦

I need to have some medical treatment tomorrow, so Janine has kindly offered to step in for me.

Tomorrow’s class will be Aqua Aerobics instead of Aqua Zumba.

📅 Tuesday 13th October
⏰ 9:00–10:00am @ Superfish Benowa

I’m so grateful Janine can keep you moving while I take care of myself. 🥰
Thanks for understanding, and I’ll look forward to seeing you all again soon!

💜 A little update about Monday nights 💜

Unfortunately, my Monday evening Zumba Gold class at Runaway Bay has been cancelled effective immediately. After speaking with my doctor, I need to reduce my workload and prioritise my health and wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who has danced with me on Monday nights. I’ll miss our classes together, but sometimes we need to make changes and put ourselves first.

Thank you for understanding and for your continued support. 💜
(All morning classes are running as normal for now).

😂 Monday motivation looks a little different around here!

Coffee? ☕ Maybe.
A sleep-in? 😴 Tempting.
Zumba? ABSOLUTELY! 💃💜

Who else gets out of bed for a little dance and a whole lot of fun?

Let’s kick off the week with a wiggle! 🎶

Hi everyone! 😊 While not everyone experiences mental illness, we all have mental health to care for. 🧠💚

It’s so important to prioritize our mental well-being, just like we do with our physical health. 💪✨ Let’s remember to take some time for ourselves and nurture our mental health. 🌸🛀 We’re all in this together!

💜 What a week! 💃✨

Thank you all for such a fun week celebrating 16 years of Zumba with Robyn! 🥳 I’ve absolutely LOVED seeing everyone’s outfits for our *Anything But Activewear* theme 😂👗 Some seriously creative efforts!

It was so lovely to be back with everyone after my week off — I missed our classes, the laughs and catching up with you all! 🥰 Thanks for making this week so special. Here’s to many more years of dancing together! 💜💃
