I’ve had quite a journey with ‘identity’.. stemming back to childhood where I felt like the black sheep of my family.
Then in early adulthood, often thinking I needed to choose a box, but not quite fitting into just one..
only a little bit ‘cool & trendy’, very rarely glam & polished, kinda woo woo, and no degree to ‘prove’ my intelligence.

I’ve even noticed it coming up in creation of a new project. I’m in so much joy and flow with it.. but I can still hear the conditioning and old inner worthiness stories creep in.
“Does it look professional enough for people to take me seriously?”
“Is it too playful for something so earthy?”
“What if no one understands how RnB and nervous system regulation go together?”

It’s an ongoing journey and just another one of those things I see as part of our uncovering back to our purest essence, here in this human experience.

But I’m just so freaking grateful that I’ve spent over a decade figuring out how to be in the drivers seat of my conscious awareness, making sure these “thoughts” don’t 👏🏼 run 👏🏼 the show!
Now the neural pathways are not as strong as they used to be.
Which is why I can take action on 5 things while someone else is still wondering if it’s a good idea or not.

I’m allowing myself to have so much fun and express myself freely!
When it feels sticky, I take a bath & giggle at the cosmic joke of it all.
It’s not easy..
It’s EASEFUL.
It takes less energy..

And this my friends, is how you move at the speed of light towards your dreams and the things that fulfill you, giving you so much life force ENERGY!

It scares methinking about dying and NOT having realised my potential, MORE than any other fear that creeps in along the way 🤍

Your curiosity, although sometimes gets you into trouble now.. It helps you to always see life as a student. Constantly learning about the world around you, but most importantly, your internal world.
This serves you in your understanding of humans and therefore being such an incredible guide for others on their own journey of self discovery.

Your sensitivity, although some people closest to you find it hard to be with your emotional expression.. is actually a gift and your deep connection to mother earth, source & oneness.
This is your inner compass and the reason people feel so safe to be vulnerable with you, it’s easy to feel a resonance with you when you are so connected to the divine.

You move like lightning, although you’re often told to slow down & think before you speak.. This is the very trait that allows you to live 10 lives at a time & make the impossible possible. Gathering experiences & lessons like life’s candy.. then so lovingly sharing the wisdom with those you serve so they can make less mistakes and get to the sweetness quicker.

You’re unattached to money, although this causes distress over the years & you’re made to feel irresponsible.. you understand that money is an energy, ever flowing and can be used for more than just being ‘responsible’. You are so generous, you constantly invest in yourself + growth, and being able to move freely with money the way you do, allows you to build spaces for others that you could only dream of.

Your individuality, although at times you’ll feel pressure to conform.. Is what sets you apart in a world obsessed with trends. That inner knowing you feel to carve your own path, to say ‘no’ when everyone else says ‘yes’, to question everything and run it past your own sovereignty.. Is what builds you to be a leader with integrity.

There’s so much more that I can say, and I promise to spend time telling you, but you are such a bright, magnificent spark of magic, and one day, you will truly feel this from within yourself.

Have you ever spent your birthday or Mother’s Day feeling disappointed?

The other week my client told me she got laundry supplies one birthday and went to bed that night feeling sad (and I’ve heard MANY versions of a similar story!)

Let’s be honest, we want to feel like a princess every now and then!! 💎

But most women (I used to be like this too!) expect their man to just KNOW exactly what she likes & wants, and how to make her feel spoilt & special..

However, it’s just one of those things we GET to learn how to communicate.. like all love languages.

This is something I’ve had so much fun learning and now helping all my gorgeous clients with too!

We love a man who is Prince Charming and just knows exactly how to make his woman feel like a QUEEN when it comes to creating special moments!

But my Prince Charming needed some (a lot 😂) of direction and it wasn’t until I learnt HOW to beautifully express this in a clear & loving way, that I finally got the birthdays, mothers days & date nights of my dreams 🌹

And now, apart from a Gift Wish List, or being direct if I really want to do something very specific (which most of the time I love letting him take the lead & being surprised!) he doesn’t need me to spell every little thing out any more!! 🙌🏽

This is my line in the sand.. Where I’m taking back my power, reclaiming my agency here on social media, within my business.

This gets to be easy! It ALL gets to be easeful! It all gets to be so fun!
Everything gets to be expansive.. noticing our shadows isn’t a practice or excuse to hold us back, to keep us small or to keep us down in a low vibrational frequency.

It’s all just an opportunity to remember, to expand, to evolve past our own individual limitations.
It is up to us what we make of anything and everything.. Not just here in this example,
But as a WHOLE.. This entire one freaking precious life!

LIFE IS SO COOL!
