Meal prep, but make it fit YOUR goalsš
On busy days I still want to build my own meals, I just donāt always have the time to prep every part from scratch.
The new My Muscle Chef Protein Meal Bases are slow cooked meat + chef made sauce, ready in 5 minutes.. then you build the rest.
Training day and need more fuel? Add your carbs.
Want more volume? Load it up with veg + salad.
Need tomorrowās lunch sorted? Prep a second serving while youāre there.
Same base, completely different plate depending on what YOU need.
For me, eating well has never been about making every meal complicated, itās about making it easy enough to actually fit into your life!

2600 calories & not a sad salad in sightš¤š¼
The CBC approach isnāt about eating less and doing more. Itās about learning how to fuel properly, train with purpose, build habits you can repeat and create results without your whole life revolving around fitness.
That means enough food to perform, meals you actually enjoy, a plan that progresses, proper recovery and consistency that still works when life gets busy.
Iām opening a small intake for 1:1 CBC coaching. If you want this approach built around you, DM āREADYā and letās chatāŗļøš«

weeks off my feet and I couldāve easily gone straight into āeat less and get my body back as quickly as possibleā mode.
But thatās not the goal.
I want to rebuild properly, feel strong again, train well, have good energy and actually enjoy the way Iām eating while I get there.
So right now, my food looks like this:
high-protein meals
carbs around training
meals that actually keep me full
easy options I can repeat
and foods I genuinely enjoy
Yes, that still includes pasta, nachos, oats and dessert.
Because getting results doesnāt mean making every meal smaller or more restrictive.
It means eating in a way that supports your goal, your training and your life.
Thatās the approach Iām using to rebuild my body now, and itās the same approach I teach my clients inside CBC.
Save this for your next week of meal inspoš¤

When I first got cleared to train again I honestly thought Iād want to jump straight back into everything and get my āold bodyā back ASAP lol⦠but I actually donāt.
7 weeks off changed my body and thatās okay!!
Iām eating plenty, slowly getting strong again, doing my rehab, walking, focusing on sleep, meditating/journaling and just doing the things that make me feel good.
And weirdly Iām actually really enjoying being back at the beginning again!
No crazy cut or trying to make up for the time I had off. I just want to feel strong, fit, healthy and like ME again.

You donāt need another recovery hack⦠sometimes you just need an OFF switch.
Lately Iāve been getting much better at actually slowing down at the end of the day.
š§āāļø Slow movement.
šæ Shower + Comfy clothes.
šØ Dessert + My comfort show.
ā¤ļø Red light therapy / FULLY switch off.
Iāve been using my Kiva Wellness | Sauna ⢠Ice Bath ⢠Red Light ⢠Sleep Tech Solace Core Red Light Therapy Panel as part of my evening wind down, mainly the red + near-infrared wavelengths.
ā¤ļøRed light works closer to the surface and can support cellular function + recovery.
ā¤ļøNear infrared reaches deeper into the tissues and can support muscle + joint recovery + relaxation.
šThereās also emerging research around red + near-infrared light and sleep quality.
For me itās simply become one more way to slow down, support my body and properly wind down before bed.
Sometimes recovery is just giving your body permission to stop!!āØ
