Always make time for the things that make me feel good no matter how busy life gets >

Morning walks, strength training, getting work done early & keeping my routines where I can.

When life fills up.. flights, work, long days, plans changing constantly… but I’ve realised the small habits are usually the things keeping me grounded through it all.

life last week..🙃✈️☕️

Which was pretty much bed rest with a tooth infection (and lots of antibiotic👎🏽), Sydney for the weekend (oh & off to NZ tomorrow night✈️)

But one thing I’ve really learnt is that when health & fitness becomes your lifestyle instead of a temporary fix… consistency becomes so much easier.

Even when life gets busy, I’m travelling or I get sick, it never turns into “I’ll start again Monday” because there’s nothing to restart. I just get back into my routine, fuel my body properly, move when I can & keep going.

& honestly… that approach changed everything for me. Better results, better relationship with food, less stress, more balance & something I can actually maintain long term.

No extremes. No all-or-nothing mindset. Just learning how to take care of yourself whilst still living life😎

Stop overcomplicating your lower body training.

You do not need a different glute workout every week to see results. The basics done properly will always work!!

3 sets x 10 reps:
• Squats
• RDL’s
• Lunges
• Sumo squats

A few things I always tell my clients:
• Slow the reps down
• Control the movement properly (go slow and focus on mind to muscle connection!)
• Focus on form before loading heavier
• Stay consistent with your training / workouts
• Progress the weights over time

Most people don’t need a more complicated program. They need to master the fundamentals first and stick to it for long enough🫰🏽
