Round 8 done and dusted out here at Queensland raceway! May have lost the gazebo in the storm but came home finishing 1st overall in the 6.2Lt class. Race 1 - 4th in class (11th overall)
Race 2 - 4th in class (12th overall)

We are honoured to be supporting the amazing work that Jeanette and Dave Harris (parents) of Summer Harris is doing who is fighting this terrible disease.

As most parents would understand watching your child go through something of this nature is nothing short of heartbreaking but yet they still try and find the strength to try and raise awareness to this incurable disease.

KIF1A is a rare neurological disease affecting only 23 people in Australia and 550 world wide. KIf1A robs children of the ability to walk, talk and see and often eat and breathe. This disease is progressive, degenerative and terminal. There is currently no treatment or cure and we are committed to raising awareness and accelerating research to find a treatment and hopefully a cure for children suffering from this disease. Well definitely not how we planned to spend our race weekend! During race 1 it blew a rear main seal, covering the clutch in oil resulting in a full clutch replacement. Then broke an idler pulley resulting in the belt coming off in race 2, 3 and 4 and a full radiator replacement after race 3. Massive thank you to Dad, Hunter, Chris from Prime Motorsport, the guys in Replica Tourers for the immense support in getting the car repaired and ready to make it back on track for each race.
