Too many people bounce off the foot that touches the floor. Take your time & think of the glute you are trying to work. Picture your glute as a bow..you are pulling that bow back as far as you can to get as much stretch before driving off the foot on the box. 🏹 Your glutes will be on fire 🔥when done correctly 🍑
