This has hundreds of training videos, books from my personal collection and soooo much more, this can be found under the membership tab.

Just a reminder we are closed week commencing Monday 27th June until Sunday 3rd July ( inclusive) for one week to give our Instructors a well earned week off to spend time with the families during school holidays. feel free to do your make up classes in July.

Unfortunately we're not going to be open for tomorrow.

We have the mats down but we need to get them deep cleaned, I just can't open and put young children on these mats.

We have booked a further clean and disinfectant over the weekend and we can start a fresh week next week.
