I made a tow board a year ago
and he had kept it on ice until that crazy swell that went right down the east coast last Easter holidays .
He ended up surfing a slab that’s well known to his crew in Tassie and they all got insanely tubed for a couple of days . James and his son went on to win wave of the winter awards in Tassie this year .
I love making these guys boards , I think it would be hard to find surfers with more skill,experience and knowledge of surfing these types of waves and I’m stoked seeing my boards being tested out in these conditions. Well done lads , I’ll have to send another one down for next year haha 🔥⚡️🌊
