i don’t train for results
i train for my sanity
and maybe you know that feeling
when everything feels a bit heavy
when your thoughts don’t switch off
when you’re in your head more than you’d like to be
and you know moving your body would help
but it’s the last thing you feel like doing
i used to think this was about discipline
about being more motivated
about wanting to train to look a certain way
being SKINNY
being more toned
being “better”
but i’ve had all of that
and still not felt okay
now i know
it’s about getting out of my own head
it’s about shifting the energy
changing the state i’m in
giving myself space to breathe again
that’s why i created these “fitness challenges”
not to be perfect
not to overhaul your whole life
not to add more pressure
but to have something simple to come back to
something you can COMMIT to
even when you don’t feel like it
something that helps you feel like YOU again
the results will come
they always do
but feeling clear
feeling calm
feeling okay in your own head
that’s the real reason i show up

Full Body Strong is a 14 day strength challenge. every single day for two weeks you will show up for a 30 minute session with me and your favourite
each session targets a specific muscle group. arms, legs, glutes, back, core. by the end of the 14 days you will feel the difference everywhere.
not just see it. feel it.
and we have made it so simple that you literally cannot fail. alongside your daily sessions you will have access to a full meal plan, a daily step count, a habit tracker and a goal setter. everything is laid out for you. all you need to do is show up.

if you’ve ever started something, felt amazing, and then completely lost steam by the next day, hi me too 🙋🏼♀️
for most of my adult life I couldn’t figure out why nothing ever stuck. I wasn’t lazy, I wasn’t unmotivated. my brain just needed more than a single class on a Monday to keep me going.
so when I built my online platform I made sure it had what I always needed. consistent challenges with a start line, a finish line, someone doing it right there with you, and just enough accountability to actually see it through.
turns out that’s all I needed.

this International Women’s Day, we’re coming together to hike, connect, and celebrate the women we are and the women we’re becoming.
join us as we make our way up one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful mountains, surrounded by community, connection, and intention.
