Personal Best Gym Helping everyday people achieve their Personal Best (PB) in health and fitness An open resource for anyone looking for a change in their health and fitness.

We will provide and source information regarding exercise, nutrition, mobility and recovery with the main focus on athletic performance, health and well-being

We will also post a W.O.D (workout of the day) every week day. Some of the workouts you may need equipment others you will not. The workouts will be designed to challenge all fitness levels and test you physically and mentally. DO NOT participate in any workout if you have any injury concerns or a medical condition that may be aggravated due to intense exercise. We encourage users to post times, scores, loads etc as a tool for our users to record exercise history however this is not compulsory

Paris has been training Jenny for many years, 21 years to be exact. Today we were invited to celebrate Jenny’s 55th birthday.

Lots of stories and reminiscing with her family, her mum turned 90 in June. Jenny spoke about when our girls Harmony and Sharday were 5 years old at vacation care at PCYC and would run up to her to say hello. How time flies.

Every week when I see Paris training Jenny, helping her with movements that support her everyday life, it’s a reminder not to take the simple things for granted. Being able to move freely without assistance, having the ability to move our bodies without even thinking about it.

Visiting their home, I spotted this beautiful painting Jenny created 🎨🤍 amazing!

What a journey. Watching the transformation, the hard work and your dedication all pay off. We were all so proud of you yesterday seeing you up there on stage. Paris was beaming with pride! I’ll let him share more from that perspective as your coach. Congratulations Stacey you should be so proud of yourself.

As with anything in any sport, it takes a village. Very emotional watching Marcus and Mav cheer you on from the crowd. Incredible to see! Also…I must add, I was laughing on the inside listening to the competitors come out saying where they train…world gym…globe…then Stacey CrossFit Personal Best 🤭 I have to say, Paris’s true passion, the knowledge, unbelievable 🙌🏾 what a team!

Duncan you moved well out there on the comp floor, and it was awesome seeing Paris back out there after his double hip replacement in June last year. So good guys!

Shout out to Marcus who spent the day cheering on the boys. Great vibe , thank you to the organisers, judges and fellow competitors for a well run event.
