Week 5 end of challenge motivation.
let's finish with a bang, add a extra little spice to your week.
This one is for all MEMBERS 💪🏽💪🏽
➡️ Walk to the gym/work/shops
➡️ Park further away, extra steps 🚶♀️ 🚶♂️
➡️ schedule a break or set alarms for movement!
Example: A walk around the office, 20x squats/situps
➡️Getting some daily fresh air 🌬
➡️Lift that little heavier 🏋♀️🏋♂️ ask your coach to spot you !!
➡️Set a target for the day & week!
Example: 10,00 steps, 3 litres of water, 80 extra situps, 50 points each F45 session on the lionheart, complete 6x sessions 🔥
