This July, Evie and I are bringing together two approaches that rarely share a room: Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Gestalt therapy.
What happens when you place them side by side is fascinating.
Both are exploring the same territory:

• Why we keep repeating them
• What it actually takes to create lasting change
Together we’ll explore how your mind works, how conditioning shapes the way you think, react, and relate, and how to begin moving differently in ways that genuinely stick.
We’ll dive into philosophy.
We’ll explore psychology.
And we’ll bring it all back to your actual life so the insights become practical, relevant, and useful.
We’ve also just released the pre-retreat audio, laying the foundation of Samkhyan philosophy and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, so you can begin exploring these ideas before arriving.

For yoga teachers, this retreat is fully accredited and offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at how we design, theme, prepare, and facilitate workshops and classes for large groups with diverse needs, abilities, and limitations.
You’ll have access to a dedicated teachers’ circle where you can ask questions, unpack the process, and explore the craft of teaching more deeply.
And you absolutely do not need to be a teacher to attend. In fact, many participants aren’t.
As a bonus, we’ll also be opening the first release of places for our 2027 international retreat. Only 10 spots will be available.

A beginner-friendly series of workshops designed to help you understand and work with your nervous system in a practical, accessible way. You’ll be guided through simple breathing practices, gentle movement, and short meditation practices that support you in shifting out of stress and into a more settled, steady state.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches to nervous system regulation (no woo woo here!) this class focuses on building awareness of internal signals, increasing your capacity to respond to stress, and establishing reliable tools for daily life.

Evie is delivering an Advanced Mediation Training and Darci, an Advanced Pranayama Training.
Both trainings have been developed for teachers.
Both tainings merge science, philosophy and psychology and will dive into the heart and importance of the nervous system.
Both trainings are 10hrs each (5 hours online and 5 in person at Boheme + Body Yoga Studios) and fully recognised by Yoga Alliance. Both of us are E-RYT-500.
You can complete one or both trainings (both trainings done together will give you 20 accredited hours).

A space where movement, reflection, and the relational aspect of being human meet.
Alongside yoga practice (on and off the mat) we explore therapeutic relational insight through the lens of a psychotherapist (Evie) and a Gestalt therapist deep in a masters degree (Darci).
The intention is not simply to share yoga philosophy, but to weave it together with practical therapeutic tools that help illuminate the patterns we can’t see on our own.
Through guided practices, reflective insight, times of silence, and gentle relational inquiry, we create opportunities for blind spots to become visible.
Not through pressure or analysis, but through curiosity, presence, and connection.
This is a retreat for those who sense that growth happens not only on the mat, but in how we meet ourselves and each other.
A place to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore what emerges when ancient wisdom and contemporary therapeutic practice meet.
