It's truly starting to feel like Autumn now & as I learn more about going with flow I realise that means flowing with nature too...I used to buy into that whole "summer bodies are made in winter" but now I respect the seasons & let them be my guide
Autumn is all about letting go & embracing change
In the Yin practice it's also about balancing the emotions of courage & sadness
Courage to let go, to commit to creating change & courage to feel the sadness that can arise as we release & create space π

We've all got a little crazy inside π€ͺ
Patajanli defines yoga as "the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind"
So as much as yoga can feel like a "workout" for your body developing your physical health its also sooo much more - our bodies are the pathway to our minds (& vice versa!)
I feel like once I realised I wasn't just doing downward dog to tone my arms my life & my inner craziness got a whole better ππ§ββοΈβ
