Morning flow
With this weeks classes I am wanting to support those less fortunate. By your participation you will also be helping those to young to help themselves.

I will be donating $5 from each participating student to the Peduli Anak Foundation. Which has been set up to save children from poverty, exploitation and violence.

Monday-Thursday 6am-7am and 7.30am-8.30am
Cost is $10 each student per class.

Camel Pose (Ustrasana)
To get into the pose it’s like a camels journey through the Sahara, you need strength and a commitment to inner awareness.
Take your time to enter and exit the pose with ease and poise.
As the pose is a journey, not a destination. When we arrive its your own unique location, after crossing the Sahara it’s totally worth it physically, mentally and emotionally.
It offers deep opening for the lumbar spine, top of the thighs, stretches the hip flexors and opens the shoulders.
Chinese meridians stimulates: Kidneys,
Stomach, Spleen, Heart and Lungs.
