Limitless Mummas started in November 2019 with the yearly campaign (organized by MumSafe™️) in the botanical gardens of the Gold Coast. 🌼
The official start of the classes was in January 2020 and ever since I have helped more than 50 mums in their postpartum fitness journey, I was also proudly featured on as the local trainer who prioritizes safety when it comes to training mums. (Available on highlights)
Today was the last day of Limitless Mummas classes, I have loved and enjoyed every session with all of my lovely clients and it was really hard to say goodbye to these super mums and their little munchkins.🥲 However, it is time for me to endeavor new adventures and try new things. (will keep you posted here) 😇
I will continue to post educating content in relation to safe exercise for all women at every stage of their lives on this page, and also will let you know what's next (online training coming soon) so stay tuned and stay active 💪🏻
Love, Sahar 💜

If there is ONE day to have chocolate, it would be today (I mean every day 😂 ), cause it's WORLD CHOCOLATE DAY! 🤩 It is the day chocolate was introduced in the form we know it today, sweetened and popular in Europe in the 16th century. So here is to this amazing delicious day, a healthy recipe for you to enjoy!

There are a lot of questions about getting back into running postnatal. When is the right time and how to start? Here are some tips and a checklist for you:
💫Firstly, your recovery is different from other mums, so it is recommended to see a women’s health specialist for the best results. So stop comparing yourself to others.
💫However, if you need some guidelines, it is not suggested to start running any earlier than 3 months postnatal, and once you have passed the Assessment test.
💫What is the Assessment test? Why do I need it?
The assessment test is to evaluate your ability of load and impact management. You will need to perform a set of exercises including includes single-leg squat, single-leg balance, hop, single-leg calf raise and single-leg glute bridge. In general, you need to build resilience around the pelvic region by following a progressive routine of these exercises.
This is the perfect time to work on small things you need to improve, like flexibility or mobility and focus on your form and technique rather than just get-up-and-go.
Need more help and don't know where to begin? I am opening up 3 spots for a personalized ongoing program. DM me for more details.

Yes, not everyone talks about it and usually people are embarrassed to ask questions. But I want to make sure we educate mums around this topic as it is really important.
After childbirth, things will change, but this doesn't mean it's broken. You just brought a new life to this world and no matter how easy cruisy your pregnancy and labor was, your body needs time to heal. What is important to understand is that there are a lot of changes that need adaptation, your body has changed physically, emotionally, and mentally, so has your personal and professional life. Understanding and accepting these changes is the first step.
Understanding your birth story can also help to heal and adapt to the new condition faster. Hence, going back to your caregiver for a recap is highly recommended.
Women's health physio can help you in giving some tips on first-time s*x after baby, what to expect and what it feels like, also contraception methods, this is another vital reason to see a WHP for a postnatal screening.
Remember, every woman is different, and so is their postpartum journey.

"Your body changes so much as a female starting from puberty where the judgement from social media, filters and editing of what a 'perfect body' is meant to be, which can really ruin your self esteem as a teenager - you carry this into adulthood.
Becoming a single mum to two beautiful girls has changed my mindset on what a 'perfect body' means.
It's not being viewed as society comments on beauty. It's about being happy within yourself and being physically and mentally healthy no matter what shape or size that is. Beauty comes from within, it's how you view yourself and something I always tell my girls if that everyone is beautiful in their own way"

"Honestly, I'll probably never be happy with my body due to social media but allows me to let go of some of that pressure and allow my body to be what it its - a safe space for my babies. It's learning to accept the changes that my body has gone through and building from there"
