Fridays thoughts ❤️ Something super close to my heart especially as I have daughters ( but same applies to boys too ) I think we are all guilty of not loving ourselves enough , we all have parts of us that we don’t like , but you know what all the images on social media .. they are all so very perfect & photoshopped to a inch of their life’s .. and it gives us all a unrealistic view on our bodies .. this must stop 🛑 .. be accepting of yourself & Accept your most unique features .. we are all different & we should embrace that .. learn to love that & really when all said & done .. life really is too short to let this kinda superficial stuff take away our joy .. stay healthy , eat well , enjoy life ,move more because you only get one chance at this thing called life .. love yourself peeps ... that’s the best place to start - happy weekend ❤️

This is something that pains me greatly - but I have to be real . Clubbercise class will cease in the next couple of weeks 🥲 2017 was the year I brought Club to the GC - I’ve added afew things over the years ( Pound, decades etc ) but its the only concept that will Always have my heart .
Sadly I can no longer afford to pay rooms, licences & insurances as class uptake is just too low .
Grateful to all the amazing people I’ve met over the years & I will Still see you , just not from my neon glowing stage … if you want one last dance .. pop n see me over the next couple Of weeks 🫶💕
