It involves the reinterpretation of 'Fior di Battaglia' by fiore dei Liberia (C1409) and the 'Gran Simulacro' of Ridolfo Capo Ferro (C 1610). Study traditional Italian Martial Arts from the medieval and renaissance period with a focus on body mechanics and academic interpretation of historic manuscripts. Armizare is a 600 year old art similar to Aikido in that we begin with body manipulations then add defences of the dagger, sword and spear.
No training this week due to Qld lock down. It'll be a no-charge bye.
