Literally pinching ourselves that we have so many passionate, knowledgeable and creative instructors across Miami and Palm Beach 🤍

What started as just 6 of us a year ago, is now 14 talented ladies!

To our OG instructors, we wouldn’t be here without you. To our newer faces, we are so excited to be on the mat with you.

Let’s take a moment to congratulate to our challengers for wrapping up the Hotter for Winter challenge on Sunday. 5 weeks of setting goals, creating habits, pushing harder, recovering better, workshops, challenges, events + prizes! We’ve been loving seeing the commitment, support and community in our challengers group chat! 💌
