I was definitely running on adrenaline after an incredible performance earlier with the Slay My Ability dancers, and I think I brought all that excitement, energy, and hype straight into class with me! 😆💃🕺

What a fantastic night of dancing, laughter, connection, and fun. Our dancers worked hard, supported each other, and brought their own unique personalities to the studio as always.

A new BAM Dance Question of the Week is finally here!

One of the things I love most about these videos is that they give our dancers a chance to share their thoughts, opinions, stories, and personalities. Sometimes there are lots of excited voices, plenty of enthusiasm, and everyone wants to jump in at once! 😄

You'll even hear me reminding dancers to pause, listen, and give others a chance to speak. That's because at BAMDance, it's important that everyone feels heard, valued, and respected. Learning to listen to one another, take turns, and celebrate each other's voices is just as important as learning dance steps. 💙

Our dancers do an amazing job supporting one another, and these moments are a great reminder that every voice matters.

Sometimes the answers are quick, sometimes they're thoughtful, and sometimes they take a little extra time to process — and that's exactly how it should be. Everyone deserves the time and space to be heard. 🌟
