Exciting News - the Gym Floor is now in refurb mode and we’re excited to transform our awesome place to train. See link in comments for more info and how you can stay training why the gym floor is out of action.

All Hot Yoga, Pilates and Recovery sessions will resume as soon as floodwaters clear waters recede and we can safely enter the grounds 🙏. Stay tuned to socials and mind body for updates.

The unpredictable nature of the current weather has meant that we will need to cancel tomorrow’s (Monday) 6am Vinyasa with Eunice😞.
Once we can be assured that it is safe to access the grounds we will send word so that we can all get back to doing what we love 🙏
