Some shots from Carranza Cup last weekend. Congrats to Chelsea Hawkey for taking third place!
Thanks to for the photography.
A nice exchange from the medium intensity tournament, Carranza Cup.
It’s a comp for beginners to get some experience in a tournament. I was there as an experienced fencer to give fence everyone and give them a challenge.
It’s a good system, there should be more intro comps out there.

We had some great results at Carranza Cup today with three of our fences competing in a pretty stacked field of beginner and medium experienced fencers.
Well done to Travis and Georgia who competed for the first time today and performed very well. Big shout out to Chelsea who took third place overall!
They were supported by Lachlan and Alex Whipps as corner coaches and by Alex Roberson as one of the boss fighters during the event.
Big thank you to the BSIS Team and all the volunteers for running a great event!
