12 weeks nothing strict just not eating like a spastic and giving up excessive drinking, next 12 weeks really looking to dial it in along side my clients,

Kathy had a goal to get below 20% body fat from 27% and this week we hit that goal, couldn’t be more proud.

Massive Shout to client and old friend Jaxon all the way in WA, down 10kg in weight the first 3 months dropping a whole lot of body fat and also building some muscle in this fat loss period, he’s had his diet break on a week holiday, now we are back on and already dropped a further 2kg.
So proud brother and excited for what’s to come.

BUILDING MUSCLE.

When it comes to building muscle it takes a lot long then dropping body fat for the massive transformation, it take years of consistent training and nutrition to notice small changes in a clients body. 3 months into building phase with Jess and we are on the right track.

2 Weeks apart???? Looks like I’ve put on abit of muscle right? In this case probably not.
Dropping body fat will give you the illusion that you have gained a lot of muscle.

So to my ladies - don’t be scared to pick up a weight and build some decent muscle you will not become bulky you will become tight and toned with the right nutrition protocols in place.

Bad nutrition and binge drinking will make you bulky now that’s something to stay away from.
Started this Strength phase with a 5 rep max of 150kg let’s see how much we can add on this. 💪🏽

I know when starting a transformation journey, taking weight measurements and photos are daunting as hell, But I can promise you that you will be happy you did when we get into the work.

This is Kathy’s journey so far and all though she has ran into some hurdles with injuries, she has followed my instructions to fix them still progress forward and now we start a the building phase and that I’m excited for.

Phase 1 (Cut) Week 4 - Managed to bang out 9 reps of 60kg DB chest press, failed the last rep on the last set.
