Apple & Cinnamon Baked Oats you never knew you needed 🤤
These were shared in our private members group and were an absolute hit!
Our goal is to share easy to make, wholesome recipes each week for our members to try.
Ingredients
• 4 apples, stewed
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups oats
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 2 scoops vanilla protein (we used the Emerald one from the gym which is great for baking)
• 400ml skim milk
• Flaked almonds if you want them
Method
Stew the apples with cinnamon until soft
Mix everything together
Pour into a baking dish
Top with almonds if you’re using them
Bake at 180 for 40 mins
Cut into 6
Per piece
Around 260 to 265 calories
We like to air fry them in the morning before eating so they’re crispy on the outside and soft inside.
If 10 people drop a 🔥, we’ll share the most popular one from the group next.

Here’s what nobody tells you about the gym
It’s not a place people love turning up to
Getting hot and sweaty isn’t what everyone gets excited for
Doing uncomfortable things isn’t fun
But there is one thing it does do
It can turn a bad mood into a good one
It can make you feel unstoppable in life
It gives you the keys to better health as you age
And to get those benefits
You have to fight those demons
Trying to stop you turning up
Next time that voice on your shoulder tells you to skip the gym
Crank some tunes
And push yourself to get in
Because that’s how you become unstoppable

A big reason I created Movement Innovation
wasn’t because I loved yelling at people in classes 🤣
Thanks to rugby league, I’ve had 4 operations on my right knee.
Joining gyms was always a bit frustrating.
Coaches would listen to my problems, but then forget and push me into exercises I knew weren’t right for me.
I’d leave limping and frustrated.
So when I looked at what Movement Innovation should be, I wanted a place where people are listened to, but it’s still made doable for everybody.
Not treating people like they’re in bubble wrap.
Everyone deserves to train hard.
But they also deserve to be heard and helped.
That balance is what I was trying to build here.
And it’s something I’m proud to say
our coaches deliver every session.
Because members tell me all the time how much the coaches have helped them.
