Salmon - Avocado - Homemade Salsa (Tomato, Onion, Lemon, Salt, Pepper, Coriander) - Mango - Tortilla.

Pork stir fry ๐
Pork fillet (1.2kg)
Cabbage 1/4
Green beans 1/2 packet
Broccoli ๐ฅฆ 1-2 heads
Snow peas bag (250g I think)
Carrots ๐ฅ (3-5)
Capsicum ๐ซ (red & yellow) (1-2)
Taco seasoning for the pork
Olive oil - to coat the pork and pan (1-2 Tbsps)
Mightโve been a few other ingredients but Iโve forgotten now ๐
Easy way to get your Protein & Fibre in.
Had a cuppa Chai tea with it for dinner, cause I felt like it ๐

1st meal after the Fast.
Wasnโt this original plan, but sometimes you just have to roll with the punches, and it worked out quite well ๐ see video for details.
Was only able to have about 60% of this before I got full.
