8 week Challenge!!
While pregnant!
Carly has had impressive results while pregnant with her second !
Not only being crazy strong!
This lady is up at 6am sessions 3 times a week! Without skipping a beat.
Joining in boxing sessions for a gentle cardio workout and stretch for recovery
Beat gestational diabetes with nutrition
And only gained 2 kgs of baby weight in 8 weeks,
While losing cms and body fat around her back, arms, legs.

Feeling super good that was at 35 weeks!!

That baby is coming soon!

Can’t wait 😜 💜

8 week Challenge
Cara’s amazing results.
Post baby.
Cara returned to exercise built loads of strength and then threw herself into this challenge.
Turned up everyday, put in the work, and the laughs.
She is super strong and tough!
Love your journey miss Cara!
You’re killing it.
And I love my little Bubba Lenny Cuddles everyday. 🥰

Safe return to exercise!
Slow and Steady.
Building your core back and then building movement adding load and going from there.
Good quality safe movement for daily life and beyond!

Our gorgeous Bernie!!
8 week Challenge was quite the hurdle for this little love!
Look at her staggering results and she is a busy mum of 3 under 4 years.
With just having had her bub barely months ago. Also healing an 8cm DR! Woohoo!!!!

Bernies biggest journey was to slow down.
To reconnect with herself, her family and what was most important, which is family!
Going to the gym has been a big part of her life prior to babies, and the desire to smash it , is strong!
Fierce, determined and unbelievably strong.
Bernie showed up to every session,
And moved her body to the best of her ability for each day to suit her needs and energy requirements.
On days where she felt rested she pulled PB after PB, in deadlifts lifting a huge 52.5kg
Squats,
Chest press and constantly gaining strength safely at her own pace , where her mind and body was rested.

There were many hurdles along the way, which gifted Bernie tough challenges to work though personally and emotionally, this allowed her the opportunity to positively change her focus and her mindset, to be more calm, a better mother and wife,
To be more grounded, less rushed. Less impatient, and totally in control of her self and her emotions, to be less affected by stress, to prioritize sleep and recovery.
And family!!
Bernie you really nailed it!
I’ve never seen such an incredible mindset shift, as what you did!
We know you had those hurdles, and tumbles, and you constantly got back up and asked yourself how you could be better from it.
Unbelievable!

You’re a true inspiration to all the mothers out there!

Congratulations!!!

Squats!
Good quality squats!
Technique is so important!
Mostly our first instinct is to push our butt back, which tilts our pelvis. And core drops out.
In actual fact, you need to focus on maintaining your pelvic tuck and your core brace.
Based on your core strength and mobility will depend on how low down you can squat safely.

We work on all the fundamentals first, build strength and stability, increase mobility and put it all together safely.

Then boom you squat!

You do it all day in your office chair.
How well do you actually do it?
How do you get up from your chair?
Which muscles are working?
How’s ur back feeling?
