After time away and a journey of my own, I feel deeply called to return to this work — in a more grounded, meaningful, and wholehearted way.

There are seasons in life where we are invited to step back, turn inward, and listen more deeply. That has been my own journey over recent years. A time of reflection, growth, healing, and understanding what truly matters.

And through that journey, one truth continued to return to me…

This work matters.

Whole Heart Healing was created for those who may be feeling the weight of life through exhaustion, overwhelm, emotional pain, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves.

For those who have spent years being strong.
Holding everything together.
Caring for others.
Meeting expectations.
Pushing through while quietly carrying more than anyone realises.

Sometimes we carry so much for so long that it begins to feel normal.

The stress.
The heaviness.
The anxiety.
The emotional fatigue.
The feeling of losing connection with ourselves.

But often, what we feel on the surface has deeper roots.

Old experiences.
Unresolved emotional wounds.
Subconscious patterns.
Trauma.
Beliefs formed long ago that still shape how we think, feel, and respond today.

My work offers a safe and supportive space to pause, turn inward, and gently explore what may be happening beneath the surface.

A space to understand what you’ve been carrying.
To bring compassion to the parts of yourself that have been hurting.
To release patterns that no longer serve you.
To reconnect with your heart, your truth, and your authentic self.

Because I truly believe that when we understand what has shaped us… something begins to shift.

The heart softens.
The nervous system settles.
The weight begins to lift.

And we can begin to come home to ourselves again.

Some of you will know Rachel Maslin from Rachel Maslin Reiki Healing & Life Coach, who has co-facilitated many retreats and workshops with me in the past. However here is a little more about Rachel and what she brings to this beautiful, divine retreat 💛

"Hello, I am Rachel, originally from Limerick, in Ireland. I came to Australia for one year as a back packer, and 15 years later I am still here, married to Jim who is from the UK!

We have 3 children Cody 14, Skye 11, and Indi 7. We spend lots of family time together, exploring, camping eating out and travelling. What brings me joy is to dance, having two girls, I get to do this a lot. I also love fashion, and anything that involves personal development, self growth and spirituality.

My passion of nurturing, inspiring and giving people hope, is lived out through being a Reiki Master Teacher and Life Coach. I have been practicing Reiki for over 8 years, and it has completely changed my life, therefore I decided to become a Reiki Master Teacher, which is the highest level of Reiki. Reiki and Life coaching complement each other beautifully. I look forward to getting to know you" ❤️
