MEET THE TEAM : Chloe C

We are thrilled to have Chloe C join our instructor team! Chloe is a long time CorePlus instructor who has just moved to Gold Coast from Victoria's Surf Coast. We know you'll love her bubbly disposition and strong classes. Meet her in the mat room Monday mornings and Thursday nights! And in the meantime, get to know her with the quick Q&A below:

What was your journey to becoming an instructor and what's your favourite thing about what you do?

I was going to Pilates and it was always the highlight of my day and made me feel so good. I looked up to all my instructors so much. So thought...why not try myself! My favourite thing is seeing the impact you make on members and their days and seeing them feel stronger.

What's your go-to song?
No Pressure by Justin Bieber

What's something people might not know about you?
I'm from a small town in Victoria, near Echuca.

What's your favourite CorePlus class?
Hot Strength!

One piece of advice for our member community?
Make sure you drink 2-3L of water a day, especially when doing hot classes!

When you aren't teaching, what are you doing?
I'm walking my dog, at the beach, or getting coffee with friends!

As part of Gold Coast Wellbeing Week - we're teaming up with Be Kind Friday, CorePlus Benowa and CorePlus Coolangatta! Join us 9am this Friday at Queen Elizabeth Park in Coolangatta for a beachside Hot Mat Pilates class.

It's free and open to the whole community. Come down and visit us for some movement and a catch up. Mats and a post movement breakfast provided :)
