Yes… because guessing your intake is a very accurate strategy.

A calorie deficit isn’t something you feel.
It’s something you create consistently.

And most people aren’t in a deficit…
they’re just hoping they are.

What usually happens:
• Weekdays are “good”
• Weekends erase the deficit
• Portions are underestimated
• Snacks, bites, drinks don’t get counted

You don’t need to track forever.
But if you’ve never tracked… you’re just guessing.

And guessing isn’t a strategy.

Fat loss isn’t broken.
Your awareness might be.

👉 DM me “DEFICIT” and I’ll show you how to know if you’re actually in one without obsessing over tracking.

Yes… because ignoring fibre all day and adding a powder on top is going to magically fix your gut overnight.

Gut health isn’t built in the supplement aisle.
It’s built in your daily habits.

Fibre feeds your gut bacteria.
And most people should be getting around 25–35g per day… from actual food.

What actually helps your gut:
• Eating more fruits and vegetables
• Adding whole grains and legumes
• Staying consistent (not just when you feel bloated)
• Drinking enough water

Supplements can support… but they don’t replace the basics.

Your gut isn’t confused.
It’s underfed.

👉 DM me “GUT” and I’ll tell you simple ways to increase your fibre without overcomplicating your meals.

Been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a week now and I’m impressed.

It’s simple, accurate, and actually useful, especially for recovery and sleep.

Way more than just “tracking”.

“I want to lose weight, so I’m cutting carbs.”

Ah yes.
The classic villain of the nutrition world.

Carbohydrates didn’t suddenly become the problem.

Bread didn’t do it.
Rice didn’t do it.
Pasta didn’t do it.

Weight loss comes down to energy balance.

You can cut carbs and still not lose weight if you’re eating too many calories.
You can eat carbs every day and lose weight if your overall intake is appropriate.

And for active people, especially runners, carbs are not the enemy. They are fuel.

They support:
✔ Training performance
✔ Recovery
✔ Energy levels
✔ Hormonal balance

The real issue usually isn’t carbs.
It’s portion sizes, total calories, and consistency.

Barbie removed bread from her life.
But she’s still snacking on “healthy” foods all day.

👉 DM me “CARBS” and I’ll show you how to structure carbs in your day without sabotaging fat loss.

This one’s special 🫶🏼
Not because of the cover, but because of what it represents.

If I can inspire even one person to start, that’s enough.
Running is about feeling good, having fun, and showing up for yourself.

this weekend: who’s coming?

Thanks 🩷
