We are a Traditional Shotokan Karate based karate school. At Sauerman Karate we believe that karate classes should be disciplined yet fun.

You will benefit by getting into shape whilst making new friends and learning the art of Karate. Our classes are designed to suit people of all walks of live training together to enhance their character, develop confidence and self esteem. Kids from 5 years old can join and we encourage that families train together. Let us walk the path of KARATE together.
