Back to school. Back to routine. Back to the mats.

Hope everyone had a great holiday. Let’s make Term 4 a good one. 🥋

KEEP THE ROUTINE GOING 💎

A break from school doesn’t have to mean a break from Jiu Jitsu.

Training through the holidays helps kids stay consistent, keep improving and build habits that carry well beyond the mats.

🥋 BUILD STRONG KIDS — ON AND OFF THE MAT! 💪

Our 8–12 years Kids BJJ Program is about so much more than learning Jiu-Jitsu.

It’s about helping kids develop RESILIENCE, DISCIPLINE, FOCUS, CONFIDENCE and RESPECT — skills they can carry with them for life. ❤️

Every class is structured to challenge, encourage and develop each child in a positive and supportive environment.

Leading our kids program is Professor Almiro, with over 16 years of experience working with children through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

We believe Jiu-Jitsu is not just another activity — it can become a powerful part of a child’s development. 🥋

Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport. 🥋

It teaches kids to focus, believe in themselves, face challenges and never give up.

We’re not just building better Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.

We’re helping build confident kids for life. ❤️

🥋 JIU-JITSU FOR KIDS | AGES 8–12

Jiu-Jitsu is not just another activity for your child.

It’s about building focus, discipline, confidence and resilience — skills that stay with them both on and off the mats.

Every class teaches kids to listen, think, solve problems, overcome challenges and keep going when things get difficult.

🥋 More than a sport.
🧠 More than an activity.
❤️ A journey that can help change a child’s life.

At SJJA Robina, we create a positive family environment where kids can learn, grow and become the best version of themselves

We are still buzzing from the incredible energy when the dads joined the kids on the mat on father’s day.

Here are a few more pics from the day, be sure to tag yourself and share the images!
