Palm Meadows Golf Course and Clubhouse will remain closed today and tomorrow. (Monday 16th May & Tuesday 17th May)
We are struggling to get the mowers out on course. However, with no more rain we aim to be open from 8am Wednesday 18th May.

Palm Meadows Golf Course Carrara is looking for a Chef/ Short Order Cook (35+ hours) and a Casual Bartender (20+ hours)
We are seeking a confident and qualified members to come join our team !

Kitchen 🧑‍🍳
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Work unsupervised
- have experience in cooking (grill, pan and fryer)
- flexible to work days and weekends (mostly day shifts with the occasional functions)
- have a current RSA
- shifts will involve some casual bar work and coffee making of a morning.
We are a small, close knit team of all rounders. The position would be perfect for those who want the freedom of their own kitchen without the pressure of night shifts or breakfast menus.

BARTENDER:
The successful candidate will be able to:
- have barista experience
- work unsupervised
- have cash handling experience
- be flexible with hours (mostly weekday work with daytime hours)
- have excellent customer service skills
- drive a drinks golf cart ⛳️

The course and Clubhouse will be closed today and tomorrow (Wednesday & Thursday) and look forward to reopening hopefully on Friday. The water levels have definitely receded....now for the clean up to begin.
