💛 SMALL GROUP PT — BIG ON CONNECTION, COMMUNITY & STRENGTH! 💪✨

At SUNFIT GROUP FITNESS, we do things a little differently!

No crowded gyms. No feeling lost in a room full of people. No pressure to keep up with the person beside you.

Just 5 ladies MAX per session, showing up, supporting one another, having a laugh and getting stronger together! 💛

Our private small group sessions run Monday to Friday, bringing women of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life together.

✨ Building strength, physically AND mentally.

✨ Creating friendships and genuine connections.

✨ Supporting and encouraging one another.

✨ Moving our bodies in a way that feels GOOD.

✨ Celebrating everyone's progress, no matter how big or small.

Some ladies are just starting out. Some have been training for years. Some are navigating their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

And EVERY single one of them belongs. ❤️

Because Sunfit has never been about having the perfect body or being the fittest in the room.

It's about showing up for YOURSELF, being surrounded by good people and knowing you've got a little community cheering you on.

Real women. Real workouts. Real connections.

That's what we've built here in our little Sunfit shed, and I'm bloody proud of it! 🥰

💛 TUESDAY AT SUNFIT — STRENGTH WITH A TWIST! 💪🔥

Five amazing ladies through the Sunfit Shed at 6:10am this morning, and boy did we mix things up!

This week we're stepping away from some of our usual exercises and throwing in different movements, different challenges and new ways to work those muscles!

This morning was all about strength, control, coordination and getting comfortable with the unfamiliar. Barbells, dumbbells, a few interesting combinations and plenty of muscles being put to work! 🔥

And that's what I love about training these women. They turn up, give everything a crack, have a laugh along the way and trust me when I throw something a little different at them! 😂

Training doesn't have to be the same old exercises week in, week out. Our bodies are capable of so much, and sometimes changing things up is exactly what we need.

Five women. One little shed. Plenty of strength and bloody good energy! 💛

Well done, Tuesday crew! Another cracking morning in the books!

Changes don't happen over night!

It takes a lot of hard work, determination and commitment.

It's not pretty. The road is long and hard. There's lots of sweat, tears and sometimes vomit! (Not kidding).

Don't be that whinny so and so who sits on their butt and says they want to change!!!!!!!!!

GET UP OFF THAT BUTT! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Make that change!!!!

We are all Worthy. We all deserve happiness, love and sunshine.

Choose a FIT & HEALTHY lifestyle - NOT to a smaller size but to want to feel healthier & have more oomph in your lives - and to do it with a bit of ‘tude! 💁‍♀️
