We've been training kids and adults in the Golden Grove and Tea Tree Gully area for 15 years. Small classes for our younger ones, and structured group training for Juniors and up - with experienced instructors on the floor to make sure no one gets lost in the crowd. And a focus on real-world self defence - not just technique, but awareness, de-escalation, and knowing how to handle a situation before it becomes one.

Oh, and a community that genuinely looks out for each other.

We run programs for everyone:
• 3–4 year olds (Kinder Kicks)
• 5–6 year olds (Little Dragons)
• Juniors (7–13)
• Teens and Adults

4 weeks training + free uniform for $49.95 - so there's very little risk in giving it a go.
