Tomorrow's seniors exercise class will be held 1hr earlier, just for tomorrow as I have an appointment in town that will clash with our usual time.
So tomorrow's class will start at 9am, see you there 😃🤗

Thankyou everyone that has attended the senior strength exercise classes this term. Today was the last class before school holidays commences. We now have a two week break. Keep warm, keep active, see you again on Thursday 16th July @ 10am.
