Clean sweep for BKR athletes in today’s Lake to Lake 10k fun run. Aden winning the men’s with Jacob 2nd overall and Radka winning the females and 3rd outright 💪🙌

Next up is Melbourne Marathon then onto Wollongong World Triathlon Championships.

Successful weekend away at the Gold Coast Marathon for our BKR team 🙌 . Radka and Bec both made their Marathon debut and Gav ran well in the Half in the Saturday.

Well done to BKR athlete Rory on his 6th at Taizhou Continental Cup in China over the weekend! Rory’s backed up well after another top 10 in China Asia Cup a few weeks ago. Big things to come for the remainder of the year 💪

Successful day at Ganmain Tri for team BKR, got the double with with Rory and Radka Kahlefeldt - Vodickova 🏆 . Great results from Ben, Jen O'Hare, Jacob Bell Warren Prior and Ruby 😊

Bike crash for Adam at Hexman Tri on the weekend, lost 2-3mins got back up and rode and ran his way into 3rd. 👏
