We had our final lunch wind-up yesterday with a catch up afterwards back at the gym. Was great to see those who could make it along. Thanks for your support throughout the year 🙏

We will be opening the gym back up probably late Jan early Feb around kids school holidays as per normal. For those who are fighting March we will post closer to the time of your timelines to start prep work at least 6 weeks out.

For now though enjoy the break !! You have all worked hard this year and catch y'all in '25 !
