Lease A Race Car

On the weekend the Lease A Race Car team was fortunate enough to be able to run a car at what might be Wakefield Parks last race. Which is sad to say, I mean look at that crowed!!!

Ben Goodridge Racing ran the #91 excel and smashed it as usual!

Ben had an good quali, sat 20th out of 44 cars which was awesome but later dropped back to 30th after a drying track didn’t suit the cars setup.

Race 1 Ben went from 30th to 23rd in the opening laps but unfortunately gave the wall a kiss dropping him to 36th

Race 2 Ben had a cracker start going from 36th to 28th by the exit of turn two. But then a safety car plagued the rest of the race and race 3

OOOOOOHHHHH BABY IT IS RACE WEEKEND!

We have Ben Goodridge Racing jumping in the #91 excel at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend for round 3 of the Series X3 NSW - Hyundai Excel Racing championship. Ben has some unfinished business at SMSP after the last round, we are super keen to see how Ben goes!

On friday we will be also working with John Markwick in his excel getting him race ready for the weekend!

It is free entry on Saturday so feel free to come and say hi to the team!

Ben was smashing it all day, improving his PB and passing 5+ cars a race, until Ben hit some oil in race 3 and sent it off at turn 1 in a spectacular way

Ben is eager for the next one and we can't wait to see how he goes after his newfound pace in race 3!

Ben had his first race in the 2022 Series X3 NSW - Hyundai Excel Racing championship, and his first run in an excel at Wakefield Park

Ben improved constantly over the day and put on an absolute show in all 3 races, battling it out with regulars in the series!

We are keen to see how Ben goes the rest of the year 💪
