Today was POWER like all Wednesdays -

💥Barbell with numerous burpees lol 8min straight
💥Broad jump burpees 10 run , 8 run, 6 run, 4 run and 2 run 130ms run each time
💥 step workout 2 rounds 10 exercises
💥Arms workout 2 rounds 10 exercises
💥 ending with ABS 3 rounds 8 exercises each round

Well done to the 3 ladies that made it happen

This was our deal this morning-
Barbell workout 🏋️ some of used 22kg and others where at 15kg
12min AMRAP
1- 2 of Burpee plus deadlift
2- 2 of Burpee plus clean to front squat
3- 2 of Burpee plus clan to OH press
4- 2 of Burpee plus RDL
5- 2 of Burpee plus Back squat
Followed ASAP by this 👇
10 Broad jump burpees run 100mts
8 run, 6 run,4run & 2 run

Then we hit the step block- 20/5 2 rounds
Up and downs (high step)
Curtsey alternate legs
Curtsey taps left
Curtsey taps right
Knee ups fast right
Knee ups fast left
Reverse lunges right
Reverse lunges left

Seated in and outs

Run-50 air squats- 30 sit ups
Run-250 ski erg- 250 rower
Run-20 broad jumps- 100 mts farmers carry 16/20kg kettlebells
Run- sled push 6 rows - 20 gorilla rows
End it on a 1km run

We hit abs- Tabata 2 rounds
Butterfly crutches
Glute bridge pulses

3 Rounds -Today they had to do a burpee do the exercise , do a burpee do the exercise which was all BARBELL lifting 22kg or 15kg

400 mts run - 20 wall balls 12kg ball
400 mts run- 20 kettlebell swings 16kg kb
400 mts run- 15 burpees
400 mts run- 20 goblet squats 12.5kg db
400 mts run- 15 broad jumps
400 mts run-20 sandbag lunges
400 mts run- 250 mts ski erg
400 mts run- 250 mts rower
400 mts run- 20 plated 10kg sit ups
400 mts run - 20 push ups
Time cap was 55min we did it in 35min - 38mins well done 👍

Abs- was 30/5 3 rounds

A huge congratulations to Archie on being awarded the John Gaviglio Memorial Trophy by Athletics Queensland for his excellence in throws for the 2026 season!

Archie is being presented with the trophy at the North Queensland Championships in Townsville next month before taking on the regional championships in Mackay, State championships in Brisbane then the Nationals in Perth later in the year.

What an incredible recognition of your hard work, dedication and determination Archie - this is so well deserved! Keep smashing your goals 🌟
