Parramatta City Swim Club

The Club's race program for the upcoming Summer season has been released.

It will be a busy start to the season will the Club 75th Anniv celebrations in October, Bunnings BBQ, Lifesaving Season Launch & Winter presentation in November and the Club lifesaving carnival in December.

The newsletter provides details of the Club’s 2026-27 registrations and the upcoming anniversaries of the Club and Granville Pool. It also provides details of Club’s success at the recent RLNSW Presentation for the 2025-26 season.

Parramatta City Swim Club would like to past on our condolences to the large cohort of our members from a Nepalese background, as well to the local Nepalese community, after the recent devastating flood. We hope that everyone's family and friends are safe and unaffected by the disaster.

Entries are now open for our sprint carnival that is part of the celebrations for the Club's 75th anniversary and Granville Pool 90th anniversary. The evet suits swimmers of all abilities and ages, especially those wanting to gain more experience competing.

In NSW, around 70% of 15–24-year-olds volunteer each year — and we’re proud to have so many incredible young people giving their time to our club.

From officiating and teaching to coaching and helping out wherever needed, our youth volunteers make a huge difference every week. Thank you for the energy, commitment and care you bring to our community!

🎳 What a great day out! Yesterday, 47 of the Club’s hardy winter swimmers swapped the water for the bowling lanes and took on a very different kind of challenge — ten pin bowling.
This annual event is always a fun reward for everyone who turns up and braves those cold winter Saturday mornings for Club races. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such an enjoyable outing! 😊

To mark the occasion, current and past Parramatta City Swim Club members, along with everyone connected to Granville Pool, are invited to join us for a special celebration at the pool on 17 October 2026.
